Since January, Katharina has been part of the webportalis team as a Content Manager. In this role, she focuses on content creation and social media, leveraging her experience in communication and her passion for innovative projects. She thrives in a dynamic environment where creativity and collaboration are key.

How did you come to webportalis?

I was looking for a new challenge in content management and social media. My experience in communication and my interest in innovative projects were a perfect match for webportalis. The dynamic work environment and the dedicated team immediately convinced me.

What motivates you in your work?

I am motivated by developing creative ideas that provide real value. I especially appreciate receiving positive feedback from colleagues and supervisors, as well as the opportunity to continuously learn new things—whether it’s mastering a tool like Photoshop or working on an exciting project.

What sometimes bothers you in your daily work?

I find it challenging when communication is unclear or when there is disrespectful behavior. Fortunately, webportalis fosters an environment where respect and open, transparent communication are highly valued. I truly appreciate this, as it makes collaboration easier and creates a pleasant work atmosphere.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my dog, a four-year-old Corgi. I enjoy going for walks, discovering new places, and reading books. I’m particularly fascinated by reading in original languages—whether it’s German, English, or Russian. You can best experience an author’s unique style when reading their work in the original language.
